Agents
A person stays in the loop where the message leaves.
An agent can gather and draft. The step that emails a customer, changes a stage, or spends money stays with a named person.
Gathers public changes and the notes already on the account. Does not email.
Writes in the voice you gave it. A named role approves before it is a message.
If the source is empty, the agent says so. It does not fill the gap with a confident guess.
Only after a person has read the draft and the list. That click is not automated.
The job is written down
What the agent may read, what it may write, and the one action it must not take. If that page does not exist, you have a demo.
One name after the vendor leaves
Someone can pause it, read a bad draft, and say what changed. An agent with no owner keeps running.
An agent stops where the person starts.
A permission is the design.
